External DPO services
Data controllers who are obliged to do so and those who want to take special care of the data in their organization or are dealing with legally complex processing, for example those providing insurance-related services, operating in the medical industry or dealing with debt collection, should appoint a Data Protection Officer. They can do so by outsourcing. Especially for such clients we have prepared a package of DPO services, within which we ensure, above all:
- compliance of the person of the DPO with the requirements of the provision of Article 37.5 of the GDPR,
- constant participation in planning and evaluation of performed processing operations,
- acting as a point of contact for data subjects and for the supervisory authority,
- ongoing advice and assistance in day-to-day operations.
